Step 1 To check availability, please use our booking calendar. You can use this to make a reservation.
Step 2 A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required. You can pay this via Paypal (simply choose the type of room)	Select room: Standard double £60.00 GBP King/twin £65.00 GBP Single £35.00 GBP

Payment Conditions This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 2 days before arrival. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments are accepted in cash, by Paypal, and by the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge Cancellation Conditions If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given. Guest House Policy Guests must check in between 14:00 and 18:00, and check out between 10:00 and 10:30. Pets are not allowed. We have a strict no smoking policy in our house. No children under 12 years.
